110g coconut flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt 100g hazelnuts
Bowl n.2
4 eggs
1 table spoon soya milk
40g butter
150g brown sugar
vanilla
Mix all the dry ingredients in the Bowl n.1
Beat the room temperature butter with sugar and 4 eggs
Add vanilla
Add the dry ingredients into the wet ones and mix until you get a thick dough you can scoop with a spoon and form rustic looking cookies on a sheet.
Bake for 18 min. or until golden at 175c
